WATERFIRE PROVIDENCE

What began as a small art installation as part of First Night Providence in 1994, Waterfire has become a staple in creative programming in downtown Providence, attracting national attention as tens of thousands of people descend upon the Creative Capital to take in the sights and sounds of performance art unique to Providence.

Sound Advice began working with Waterfire in 2012 when we were asked to assist with mixing the performances on their Jazz Stage. As our role in the event’s production increased over the years, we began purchasing more equipment and hiring additional staff to cover Waterfire, effectively acting as the catalyst that started Sound Advice as a full-service audio and production vendor.
